Membership Agreement for Six Degrees 

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Six Degrees (“Organization”) and the individual (“Member”) agreeing to these terms and conditions. By applying for and maintaining membership with the Organization, the Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who identify as female and meet any other eligibility criteria established by the Organization. The Organization is committed to equal opportunities and will not discriminate against any applicant or Member based on age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation, as set forth in our Equal Opportunities Policy.

  1. Membership Fees

Members are required to pay a monthly or annual fee, as specified by the Organization. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. The Member can choose to pay their fees on a monthly basis or receive a discounted rate by paying annually.

  1. Payment Terms

Members must pay their membership fees upfront, either monthly or annually, as selected by the Member during registration. The membership will remain active as long as the Member maintains a current subscription.

  1. Termination

Membership is rolling monthly and may be terminated by the Member or the Organization at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The Member may terminate their membership by managing their subscription via the website or by providing written notice of cancellation to the Organization. Termination will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
  2. The Organization reserves the right to terminate a Member’s membership for any reason, including but not limited to, non-payment of fees, violation of the Organization’s policies or rules, or conduct that is detrimental to the Organization or its members. In such cases, the Organization will provide written notice to the Member, and termination will be effective immediately.
  1. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time by managing their subscription via the website or by providing written notice of cancellation to the Organization. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership fees.

  1. Code of Conduct and Policies

By becoming a Member, the individual agrees to abide by the Organization’s Code of Conduct, Health and Safety Policy, Equal Opportunities Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other rules or policies established by the Organization. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in termination of membership.

  1. Changes to Membership Terms

The Organization reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. The Member will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the membership will constitute acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

By applying for membership, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.
