Maia Thomas has achieved so much in such a short amount of time. Not only does she explain why EDI is at the heart of everything she does, she also offers practical things we can all do to make sure everyone is seen, is heard and feels safe in any organisation or workplace.

Maia was selected as a Woman Of The Year 2022, won the Ron Todd award for Equality, and was one of the Mirrors Top 100 Inspirational Women 2021. She currently sits on the Diversity & Inclusion Panel for ITV, is a Director of a community arts organisation, a Trustee of a social justice charity and works alongside numerous multinational companies.
