Workshop 1: “Find Your Heartbeat: Craft Your Core Message”

In this interactive session, you’ll focus on uncovering and refining the core message that lies at the heart of your personal story. You’ll learn how to connect your experiences to the business or mission you’re passionate about, and how to articulate it in a way that resonates with your audience. This workshop will guide you in identifying what matters most in your story and how to share it with clarity and confidence.

This session will help you:

• Discover the core message that drives your story
• Articulate your personal narrative in a way that aligns with your business vision
• Understand how to make your message clear and compelling for any audience
• Develop a short pitch or message that you can use in networking or public speaking situations

Workshop 2: “Speak from the heart: Embody Your Message”

In this follow-up session, you’ll dive deeper into how to physically embody the message you crafted in Workshop 1. We’ll explore how posture, eye contact, and hand gestures can enhance your communication, making your message feel more authentic and engaging. You’ll practice delivering your pitch or talk with presence, aligning your body and words to create a powerful connection with your audience.

This session will help you:

• Use body language to reinforce your message and build inner confidence
• Overcome nerves and speak with ease by tapping into your physicality
• Practice delivering your message with authenticity and presence
• Build a sense of connection and trust through mindful movement and awareness

Created by Mariana Lucia Marquez, Metaspeech is a communication training company that teaches founders, entrepreneurs, and executives the body language tools to transform them into trustworthy and confident communicators.

Mariana is a choreographer and speaking coach with a life-long passion for embodiment. In her twenties she co-founded a tech startup in New York that went on to become a stable business. A few years later she founded Argentina’s national dance archive within the Biblioteca Nacional before moving to London (UK) and founding Metaspeech. Mariana is also a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher since 2004.
